Lead alerts, email approval, and bot commands via Telegram.
Telegram setup
1. Start the GetSalesClaw Bot
Open Telegram and search for @getsalesclaw_bot. Tap Start to activate the bot. This is required - the bot can only send you alerts after you start it.
You must start the bot BEFORE you can receive any alerts or approval requests. Without this step, nothing will be delivered to your Telegram.
2. Get your chat ID
- In Telegram, search for
@userinfobot - Send
/startto the bot - It will reply with your chat ID (a number like
293548098) - Enter this ID in the onboarding form or in Settings
3. You're set!
Once the bot is started and your chat ID is saved, you'll automatically receive:
- Lead alerts when new qualified leads are detected
- Email previews with approve/reject buttons when sequences are generated
- Limit alerts when your daily API or LLM budget is reached
- Confirmation messages after emails are sent
Lead alerts
When a new qualified lead is detected, you receive a Telegram message like this:
