AI-generated personalized outreach for every qualified lead.
How sequences work
For each qualified lead (score 75+) with a verified email, the AI generates a 3-email sequence:

Each email is uniquely crafted by Claude AI based on the lead's company, industry, role, and your pitch. No templates.
Approval flow
Sequences are never sent automatically. After generation, you approve each one via:
- Telegram - Tap the approve button directly in the notification (learn more)
- Slack - Click the approve button in the Slack message (learn more)
- Web portal - Go to
getsalesclaw.com/app/sequences, click View, then Approve
GetSalesClaw never sends an email without your explicit approval. You control every outgoing message.
Automatic follow-ups
When you approve a sequence:
- J0 is sent immediately
- J3 is scheduled for 3 days later (sent at 12:00 PM Paris time)
- J7 is scheduled for 7 days later (sent at 12:00 PM Paris time)
Follow-ups are sent automatically after J0 approval. No additional action required from you. If a prospect replies, follow-ups are automatically paused.
Reply detection
When a prospect replies to any email in your sequence, GetSalesClaw automatically:
- Detects the reply - via IMAP polling (Gmail, Outlook, any SMTP) or Resend inbound webhook
- Classifies sentiment - AI analyzes the reply and labels it: POSITIVE, NEGATIVE, OOO, UNSUBSCRIBE, NEUTRAL, or BOUNCE
- Pauses the sequence - No more follow-ups are sent to that prospect
- Notifies you - Instant Telegram and Slack alert with the reply content and sentiment
- Logs to HubSpot - The reply is recorded on the contact's timeline

Web-based approval
You can also approve or reject sequences from the web portal instead of Telegram:
- Go to getsalesclaw.com/app/sequences
- Click View on any sequence
- If the sequence is in
draftstatus, you'll see two buttons:- Approuver & Envoyer J0 - Sends the first email immediately
- Rejeter - Marks the sequence as rejected
Web approval is useful when you want to review the full email content on a larger screen, or when you don't have Telegram available.
