Terms of Service

1. Service Description

GetSalesClaw is an AI-powered Sales Development Representative (SDR) that detects leads matching your Ideal Customer Profile, scores them, and generates personalized outreach sequences. The service is provided as a SaaS subscription.

2. Account & Subscription

• You must provide accurate company and contact information
• Your account is personal and non-transferable
• Free trial lasts 7 days
• After trial, your selected plan is billed monthly via Stripe
• You can cancel anytime - access continues until end of billing period

3. Plans & Limits

• Starter ($99/mo) - 100 signal-qualified leads/month, 200 personalized emails/month
• Pro ($249/mo) - 500 signal-qualified leads/month, 1,000 personalized emails/month
• Scale ($499/mo) - 2,000 signal-qualified leads/month, 5,000 personalized emails/month

Unused leads and emails do not roll over.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited bulk email
• Violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
• Scrape or resell the lead data obtained through the service
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to access other tenants' data

5. Data Ownership

• You own your ICP configuration, sequences, and customizations
• Lead data sourced from public APIs is subject to their respective terms
• AI-generated email content is yours to use freely

6. Liability

GetSalesClaw is provided "as is". We do not guarantee lead quality, email deliverability, or conversion rates. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel at any time via Stripe. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Lille, France.
