2. Data We Collect
When you sign up, we collect:
- Email address and company name (provided by you)
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe - we never see your card details)
- ICP configuration (industry, target titles, locations)
- Telegram chat ID (optional, for notifications)
Our AI SDR collects publicly available business data:
- Company names, websites, industries, employee counts
- Professional contact names, titles, and business email addresses from public sources (Apollo, Hunter.io)
3. How We Use Data
- To operate the service: detect leads, score them, generate outreach sequences
- To send you notifications via Telegram and email
- To process payments via Stripe
- To improve the service
4. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored on a dedicated Hetzner server in Europe. We use encryption (SSL/TLS), firewalls, access controls, and daily backups to protect your data.
5. Third-Party Services
- Stripe - payment processing
- Anthropic (Claude) - AI-powered lead scoring and email generation
- Apollo.io / Hunter.io - public business data enrichment
- Brevo - email delivery
- Telegram - notifications
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to processing

7. Data Retention
We retain your data for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. After cancellation, all tenant data (leads, sequences, configurations) is permanently deleted within 30 days unless you request earlier deletion.
8. Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies. No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or Telegram.
