Overview
GetSalesClaw is an AI-powered Sales Development Representative (SDR) that automates your entire B2B prospecting pipeline. It runs 24/7 and handles everything from lead detection to email sending.
Here's what the AI does for you, automatically:
- Detect - Finds companies and decision-makers matching your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Score - Evaluates each lead with AI analysis (0-100 score)
- Notify - Sends you a Telegram and/or Slack alert for every qualified lead
- Write - Generates a personalized 3-email sequence for each lead
- Approve - You approve (or reject) each email from Telegram, Slack, or the web portal
- Track - Open & click tracking on every email, with real-time Telegram/Slack notifications
- Warmup - Progressive email warmup (5/day → 150/day over 60 days) to protect your domain reputation
- Sync - Pushes leads, contacts, deals and emails to HubSpot

The pipeline runs on a fixed schedule:

Counters reset on the 1st of every month. Usage is tracked in real-time on your dashboard and via /stats on Telegram.
FAQ
Can I pause the pipeline?
On the Scale plan, you can control the pipeline directly from the pipeline page — pause warmup, trigger individual steps, or run the full pipeline manually. On Starter and Pro, contact support and we'll pause your account. Your leads and sequences are preserved.
What happens when I hit my lead limit?
The detect step stops generating new leads for the month. Existing leads and sequences continue to work normally. Counters reset on the 1st.
Can I export my leads?
Yes. On the Pro plan and above, you can export leads, sequences, emails, and analytics as CSV or JSON directly from the portal. Export buttons are on each page. Leads are also synced to HubSpot (Pro+).
Which AI model is used?
Scoring uses Claude Haiku (fast, cheap) for initial triage and Claude Sonnet (Pro+) for deep analysis. Email writing always uses Claude Sonnet for quality.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Each tenant has isolated data. API keys and passwords are stored in encrypted files with restricted permissions. We never share your data.
Can I use multiple ICPs?
Currently one ICP per account. Pro and Scale plans will support multiple ICPs in a future update.
