Company discovery
GetSalesClaw searches Apollo for companies matching your industry, size, and location filters. Each result includes domain, employee count, revenue range, and industry classification.
People search
For each matching company, GetSalesClaw finds decision-makers by job title. You define which titles to target -- CEO, VP Sales, Head of Growth -- and Apollo returns matching contacts.
Email reveal
Apollo provides verified professional email addresses for contacts. GetSalesClaw only advances leads with a confirmed email, so you never waste outreach on invalid addresses.
AI scoring layer
After Apollo returns raw prospect data, GetSalesClaw's AI evaluates each lead on a 0-100 scale -- analyzing the company website, industry fit, and decision-maker seniority to separate high-value targets from noise.
The full flow
Here is how a single pipeline cycle works from Apollo data to sent email:
- Detect: GetSalesClaw queries Apollo for companies and contacts matching your ICP filters.
- Deduplicate: Leads already in your pipeline are filtered out so you never contact the same person twice.
- Score: Claude AI analyzes each lead's company website, industry fit, company size, and contact seniority. Leads below your score threshold are disqualified.
- Notify: Qualified leads are sent to your Telegram or Slack with the full profile and AI score.
- Write: Claude generates a personalized 3-email sequence for each qualified lead based on their company profile and your pitch.
- Approve and send: You review and approve each sequence. Approved emails are sent from your own domain.

How to set up
Create an Apollo.io account
Sign up at apollo.io if you do not have an account. The free tier works for getting started.
Generate an API key
Go to Settings → Integrations → API Keys in your Apollo dashboard. Click Generate API Key and copy it.
Add the key to GetSalesClaw
Paste your Apollo API key during GetSalesClaw onboarding, or add it later in your dashboard under Settings → Integrations → Apollo.io. GetSalesClaw encrypts and stores the key securely.
Define your ICP
Tell GetSalesClaw which industries, company sizes, locations, and job titles to target. These filters are passed directly to Apollo's search API for precise targeting.
Once configured, GetSalesClaw queries Apollo automatically on every pipeline run -- typically twice per day. New leads flow into your pipeline, get scored by AI, and turn into personalized outreach sequences.
