What you can do from Telegram
Telegram is the primary control channel for GetSalesClaw. Most of our customers run their entire prospecting operation from the Telegram bot -- it is faster than any dashboard and works from anywhere.
Lead alerts
Every qualified lead triggers an instant notification with company name, contact details, AI score, and a brief explanation of why the lead matches your ICP.
Email approval
Preview the full email subject and body text. Tap "Approve" to send or "Reject" to skip. Follow-ups on Day 3 and Day 7 are scheduled automatically after approval.
ICP commands
Update your targeting without leaving the chat. Change job titles, industries, locations, or exclusions with simple slash commands. Changes take effect on the next pipeline run.
Pipeline stats
Check your usage at any time: total leads detected, emails sent, sequences pending, plan limits, and account status. One command gives you the full picture.
How to set up
Connecting Telegram takes about 2 minutes. No app installation, no API keys, no OAuth flows. Just start a conversation with the bot.
Find the GetSalesClaw bot
Open Telegram and search for @getsalesclaw_bot. Tap on the bot and press Start to activate it.
Get your chat ID
Search for @userinfobot on Telegram and send it /start. It replies with your numeric chat ID (e.g., 293548098). Copy this number.
Enter your chat ID during onboarding
When you sign up for GetSalesClaw, paste your Telegram chat ID in the setup form. If you have already created your account, add it in your dashboard under Settings → Integrations → Telegram.
Once your chat ID is linked, GetSalesClaw starts sending notifications immediately. You will receive a welcome message confirming the connection.
Security note: Your chat ID is a unique numeric identifier that maps directly to your Telegram account. GetSalesClaw uses this ID to route notifications to the correct user. Only your registered chat ID can interact with your GetSalesClaw bot instance.
Bot commands reference
GetSalesClaw supports a set of slash commands that let you view and update your configuration directly from Telegram. All changes take effect on the next pipeline run.

The approval workflow
Here is what a typical approval flow looks like in Telegram:
- Lead detected: You receive a notification with the company name, contact name, title, email, AI score (e.g., 92/100), and a short analysis ("Perfect ICP match: B2B SaaS, VP Sales, 150 employees, France").
- Sequence generated: A second message appears with the email subject line and full body text. Two buttons appear below: "Approve" and "Reject".
- You tap Approve: The first email is sent immediately from your configured email address. A confirmation message appears with the sent email details and scheduled follow-up dates.
- Follow-ups run automatically: On Day 3 and Day 7, follow-up emails are sent without additional approval. You get a notification for each one.
- CRM sync: If HubSpot is connected, the company, contact, deal, and all email engagements are synced automatically.
The entire flow -- from lead detection to email sent -- happens without you opening a laptop. You approve from your phone while commuting, between meetings, or from the couch. One tap is all it takes.
Why Telegram
Instant and mobile-first
Telegram delivers push notifications instantly. When GetSalesClaw detects a high-scoring lead, you know within seconds. No dashboard to check, no daily digest to read. The information comes to you, on your phone, the moment it matters.
Perfect for solo founders and small teams
If you are a solo founder or running a small sales team, Telegram is the fastest way to manage your AI SDR. You do not need to set up a Slack workspace or remember to check a web dashboard. Everything happens in a chat you already use.
Adjust targeting in real time
Getting leads that do not quite match your ICP? Send /titles CTO, VP Engineering to change your target titles. Getting leads from the wrong region? Send /location United States, Canada. Changes take effect on the next pipeline cycle, so you can iterate quickly without waiting for a support ticket.
Works alongside Slack
Telegram and Slack are not mutually exclusive. Many teams use Slack for the sales channel (so the whole team sees leads) and Telegram for the founder or sales lead (for fast mobile approvals). Both channels receive the same notifications, and approving on one automatically updates the other.
Real-time notifications that matter
GetSalesClaw sends real-time notifications to your Telegram account when something needs your attention. New high-scoring leads trigger an alert with the prospect's name, company, role, and AI score. You review the profile and approve the outreach sequence with a single tap -- right from Telegram.
Reply notifications work the same way. When a prospect responds to your sequence, GetSalesClaw classifies the sentiment (positive, negative, out-of-office) and alerts you immediately. Positive replies include the full message text so you can respond personally from your email.
For leads scoring above 75/100, GetSalesClaw sends a call notification -- signaling this is a prospect worth reaching out to by phone in addition to email.
This notification flow means you manage your entire outbound pipeline from your phone in 5 minutes per day. No need to log into a dashboard, check a CRM, or monitor email threads.
